Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your store credit or exchange within 3-5 business days.
